My Process
Challenges and performance gaps can exist in any organization.
Creating learning solutions which close those gaps effectively are a result
of a carefully executed process.
Together, we first identify the challenge and create a learning goal.
Utilizing backward planning, I then design a learning solution which brings life to the vision. Finally, the design is developed into an engaging and powerful learning solution, achieving goals, and closing performance gaps.
STRATEGY
Our partnership begins with thorough analysis and investigation to identify learning challenges or performance gaps. Collaborating together, a learning strategy will be created to achieve goals, improve performance, and strengthen support for organizational values.
DESIGN
Keeping the goals in mind, I will begin to bring the vision to life. Carefully I will design a learning experience which is both engaging and effective. Continuing to communicate throughout the design process, together we will see goals achieved and learning challenges reduced.
DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, the learning solution is developed. Whether it is an e-learning module, video, social learning, or a blend of multiple modalities, the learner and the goals are always in the forefront. I thrive developing learning solutions which are appealing, engaging, and effective.
