Introduction to Change Management

Design Document

A design document is created after performance gaps are identified and goals are created.

The design document to gives an overview of the project:  business purpose, course objectives, an outline.

Together we will review the course plan and make sure we are on the same page.

Instruction to Change Management

Storyboard

A storyboard is then created giving a detailed account of the audio script, interactivity, and images used.

Storyboards are created to give final approval before course development begins.
